EBMX will allow a refund where you have changed your mind, provided that you let us know within 2 business days.
EBMX will allow a return for store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind less a return fee on a case by case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 5 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used;
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
Please note, with e-Bikes and e-Motos once you have ridden them they are not in the same state as you received them and will be considered used, so you cannot receive a full refund unless the product is not fit for purpose.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at odin@ebmx.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
