Well firstly- EBMX holds Australian distribution rights to our brands. We are the only supplier of our unique and beautiful products in most instances.

We are a specialist E-Bike and Emoto Retailer with a retail shop and an online store. At EBMX we live and breathe electric technology. Our mission is to bring to Australia and NZ the best quality high powered electric bikes, motos and a range of other complimentary electric technology products hand built in Australia and from around the globe and that you simply cannot purchase anywhere else. All of our Electric products have been tested and certified and come with a standard warranty. Our fantastic product range along with our expertise and excellent customer service from highly knowledgeable staff allow us to create the easiest and most pleasant shopping experience for high end Electric Bikes that is currentlypossible.

EBMX accept bank transfer, on line card payment ( all cards), cards over the phone, Bpay and finance is available on some products. If you want to pay in some way not covered – just ask us. Sorry to we don’t take sea shells but are partial to coconuts.

Click on the link on the product you have interest on our website – click on the pre-order link and complete your details on the pre-order page and we will be in touch to sort out the logistics of your pre-order with exact specifics of your bike, as estimated lead time and the standard pre order deposit of $1,100. You can also phone or email and sort out with us the pre order logistics this way. We want to make sure you have full transparency over pre-ordering a bike. 50% of the cost of your purchase will need to be paid when your bike is being manufactured and the balance of the amount due prior to delivery to you. Note that pre-order deposits are fully refundable up to the point that your bike is to be manufactured and you will be asked to pay the balance of the 50% cost at that point. After that point – then deposits are not refundable as your bike is made to order – but EBMX will do our very best to transfer your allotted bike to another person and if successful will be able to refund up to 85% of that amount you have paid.

Sure can. You can Visit us at our Warners Bay ( NSW) superstore – known as our Showroom, or book in to attend one of our test your dream bike days, or catch us at a travelling roadshow location across the Australian 2020/2021 Summer. As Covid has restricted some of our movements – You can also book a live virtual tour of our showroom from November 2020 to show you all the bikes or just the specific bikes you may be interested in and our showroom coordinator will face time or equivalent you on a device at that arranged time – so you can see the bikes up close and personal and ask any questions you may have.

Most of our products are over the legal limit in Australia and NZ for an Ebike and we sell them to you for off road use.

Other emotos we sell may be road registered or registerable in your area.

Whatever you buy from us – how you use it is clearly your own choice and at your own risk.. we urge you common sense and restraint and ask you to use Ebikes and Emotos in sensible locations and with Xtreme caution towards your health and the safety of others around you.

We offer Electric Bikes and Moto’s from world-leading manufacturers, so you can rest assured products offered for sale by EBMX have been tested over and over again – these are great bikes. We offer warranties on all of our products that are unique to that product and model. If in doubt on what that is – please ask us. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full information.

We are always happy to accept returns and offer refunds in line with current consumer laws, as long as the product is returned to us in exactly the same condition to which it was supplied. With Ebikes and Emotos once you have ridden them they are not in the same state as you received them… so you cannot receive a full refund unless the product is not fit for purpose. We test each Bike and Moto and check over all of our products before shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full information.

We will ship your product to you as soon as possible. Generally, your product will be delivered within 3– 14 days. With Bikes on pre-order – the time for delivery of your pre order will be made clear to you on pre-order deposit. Please note that sometimes manufacturing delays and shipping issues can delay an estimate delivery time.. you will always be notified to the best of our ability and we will always overestimate and not underestimate any pre -order delivery time. Yes, we only freight pre-ordered E-bikes and E-motos as they are presented in our showroom… whole!! Before we send you your bike we put it together and test it. We want you to have the joy and excitement of receiving your bike and being able to turn the key and ride straight away This means if you are not picking your bike up from us directly, or from one of our associated retailers close to you – then freight to you is going to be more expensive in doing it that way but we think it is worth it will not compromise on that. We are not a normal bike retailer and we hate receiving things in parts as a consumer and having to put them together and we are sure you do too.
