    The EBMX Team has a shared passion for riding, designing, developing and tuning some of the worlds highest powered electric bikes and motos. Our dream is to enable people around the world to share the joy and excitement that we all get from the work we do.

  • Why should you ride an EBike or EMoto?

    We are in a changing world where electric technology is developing fast.

    Covid times have us questing our old ways and we find ourselves getting back to our roots. Adventures are back on the agenda 😊

    Petrol combustion engine dirt and road bikes leave a carbon footprint that often outweighs their value.

    Electric torque is instant and damn fun. Try it.

    Riding an Ebike can get you back on a bike again – get you further than an normal bike in comfort and in style and help you commute in a clean and green way and leave the car at home.

  • What are your payment options?

    EBMX accept bank transfer, on line card payment ( all cards), cards over the phone, and finance is available on some products. If you want to pay in some way not covered – just ask us.

  • Can I view your products in person?

    Sure can. You can Visit us at our Warners Bay ( NSW) Head Office – known as our Showroom, or book in to attend one of our test your dream bike days.

    Our Opening Hours at the Warners Bay Showroom are:

    • Monday: Closed
    • Tuesday: 9am – 5pm
    • Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
    • Thursday: 9am – 5pm
    • Friday: 9am – 5pm
    • Saturday: Closed
    • Sunday: Closed
    • Public Holidays: Closed.
    • All other times by appointment or special request.
  • Are electric bikes legal, and do I need a license to ride one?

    Most of our products are over the legal limit in Australia and NZ for an Ebike and we sell them to you for off road use.

    Other emotos we sell may be road registered or registerable in your area.

    Whatever you buy from us – how you use it is clearly your own choice and at your own risk.. we urge you common sense and restraint and ask you to use Ebikes and Emotos in sensible locations and with Xtreme caution towards your health and the safety of others around you.

  • What type of warranty does my product come with?

    We offer Electric Bikes and Moto’s from world-leading manufacturers, so you can rest assured products offered for sale by EBMX have been tested over and over again – these are great bikes. We offer warranties on all of our products that are unique to that product and model. If in doubt on what that is – please ask us. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full information.

  • Do you accept returns or refunds?

    We are always happy to accept returns and offer refunds in line with current consumer laws, as long as the product is returned to us in exactly the same condition to which it was supplied. With Ebikes and Emotos once you have ridden them they are not in the same state as you received them… so you cannot receive a full refund unless the product is not fit for purpose. We test each Bike and Moto and check over all of our products before shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for full information.

  • How long will it take to receive my purchase?

    We will ship your product to you as soon as possible. Generally, your product will be delivered within 3– 14 days. With Bikes on pre-order – the time for delivery of your pre order will be made clear to you on pre-order deposit. Please note that sometimes manufacturing delays and shipping issues can delay an estimate delivery time.. you will always be notified to the best of our ability and we will always overestimate and not underestimate any pre -order delivery time.   • Does my product arrive already assembled?

    Yes, we only freight pre-ordered E-bikes and E-motos as they are presented in our showroom… whole!! Before we send you your bike we put it together and test it. We want you to have the joy and excitement of receiving your bike and being able to turn the key and ride straight away This means if you are not picking your bike up from us directly, or from one of our associated retailers close to you – then freight to you is going to be more expensive in doing it that way but we think it is worth it will not compromise on that. We are not a normal bike retailer and we hate receiving things in parts as a consumer and having to put them together and we are sure you do too.
