Warranty and Care
Please note that while these batteries are robust and come with a two year warranty, we highly recommend that you review the Battery Warranty and Care Guide linked below
Please note that any of the following will void all warranty:
- Opening the Battery in anyway.
- Batteries need to be taken out of the Bike while the bike is being washed.
- Do not use a high-water pressure cleaner when cleaning around the electrical components on your bike.
- Do not use compressed air to dry the bike as this can push water further into the electronics of the bike, battery and controller.
- Making changes to your Battery’s BMS Settings without consent / instruction may void the warranty on your battery.
