Introducing the EBMX Double-shear Race Triangle!

Born out of necessity in the FIM E-Explorer World Cup, the EBMX Double-Shear Race Triangle is designed to address the issue of 12.9 grade M8 suspension bolts shearing in half when sending our race bikes over huge obstacles. Contrary to the typical SurRon triangle, the EBMX Double-Shear Race Triangle extends past the frame to form a double shear joint across the triangle mount. This joint drastically decreases the shear stress on these bolts and since changing over to this new design in 2023 we have not snapped a single suspension bolt on our race bikes.

The beefy race triangle is machined from aluminium for its high strength to weight ratio and anodised for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
